Refund policy

Non-refundable and Non-returnable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email it to us. If you choose a replacement, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All Items are non-returnable custom products (such as masks, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Delivery

If your order went out  and the tracking info states your items were delivered but you didn’t receive your order, you are responsible for the cost to reorder. In addition to that all orders delivered are non refundable. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again. If there’s any mailing issue please contact USPS customer service for information.
