Shipping policy

If your order went out and the tracking information states your items were delivered but you did not receive your order, you are responsible for the cost to reorder. In addition, all orders delivered are non-refundable. If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email mail it to us. If you choose a replacement, we'll ship it to the original address. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are liable for the cost to ship it.
